ok, this is a post i am opening for people on/trying to go on the special k diet. so far, 3 people are, but i hope theres more. this is a post only for those interested in the diet, and for those on it. write down how u feel about ur diet, any ?'s u have, what u ate that day, ANYTHING!

this is carly i did not nothat i was getting u pissed or i was a reg. weight tom told me bout ur mom an i am so sorry but what i was doin before i went on blubber buster because i thout i was over weight i worked out every mornin an night i used 2 be 125 pds so it works good . p.s very sorry bout ur mom bye:)
