hey anyone that has tips for me to lose weight? pleeeez help me!!! i need to lose 44lbs in order to weigh the correct weight for my height and i already lost 6 so only 38 more to go!

Hey,i'm anisha. Best way to lose weight fast and get leaner is to join your self in activities such as tennis or swimming.You'll have fun, not think about food and lose tons of weight!Try not eat junk food!Eat it like once a week. Drink atleast 8 mugs of water a day. Oh Yeah you want to do your outside activity about 2-3 times a week,on the other days walk for an hour,jog 30 min.or runfor 20 min.,rest on one of the week,try not to eat any junk food on that day.Good Luck! By the way I weigh 110 ,it's the highest i have ever been because i try to live healthy.P.S.Do everythin toget exercise(climing stairs instead of elevator)and do this for atleast 3-4weeks and you will see the pounds melting off.Keep doing this and you will be quite slim! bye and good luck.:->

just eat a little less every day intill you eat half of what you usally. then you will lose weight but it takestakes a little while but y0ou can excercise at the ymca
