Hey everybody, I have a question. ok... what do u do when u eat a lot for a meal like breakfast and then feel terrible for that? i knew what i was doing, EATING. I had a slim fast muffin bar and a banana. then about 2 hours later i had cheese nips, a nutrigrain bar, then a piece of toast. What do u guys do when u guys mess up like i did??? SHould I exercise more today or somethin like that??? PLZ REPLY!! HELP!! thankz -jenn

Don't panick all you have to do is cut down a little for the next couple of days and excersise a little extra soon you'll be skinnier and have had a treat
