hey girl just try to cut down on the calories and try to eat healthy food . one of the best things is to exercise.good food choices:
carrots sandwiches fruit milk water

You kids do not need to be going on extreme diets, trust me! After fourth grade, I was a size 14 and in seventh grade I was a size 18! Now, I am going to change all of that around, I am a 16 and by christmas I am going to be a size 11. Just eat less than you usually do and exercise, beings it is summer!~GOOD LUCK!
