iv read answers and some say stuff like eat smaller portions for you tea and lunch well dont it will just make you pick in between meals so listen to the voice with in when your full stop and when your hungry eat and with your dinner drink water its healthy and it will fill you up while eating eat more fruit and less sweets and more water and less fizzy drinks anddo soem excersize like situps and power walk or even run to school day by day yous see you can do it for a longer distance coz your fitter

hey, I only eat Super usually. I'm not a big eater. I used to eat alot but I went vegitarian and I've noticed that soy is more filling then meat and junk food. instead of eating a snakc every recess and during the day at home I just chew Hubba Bubba gum. it keeps me full and it makes me not wanna eat anything every few mins! weel. . .ttyl. byeers -Tiffany
