If you do then just start by walking everyday i mean honestly my neighboor lost over 20 pounds in a couple months just by walking 45 minuets every day! It can be fun if you do it with a friend, mom, dad, brother, sister, boyfriend, or anyone!Love ya good luck, Lizzy
