Please help me. I need to lose weight FAST, immiediately. I weigh 195 pounds and I want to weigh 100 pounds to 120 pounds

u can not lose a lot of weight fast try losing like 10 pounds a month

ok fast foods. salads(such as go active meals from mcdonalds), half a hamburger( small one, no cheese or suaces other than ketcup/mustard), bean burrito(no cheese, from taco bell), 2 chicken nuggets, half a chicken sandwich, plain. half a bk veggie, plain.

Well, there is no way you can lose much pounds IMIDIATELY(spelling)!! That would not be heathy... but you could try and lose weight a bit at a time.
Here are some gereral tips:
1) Try to aviod fast foods. Places like McDonald's, Burger King, and A&W offer a LOT of fatty foods. Even if you just went in there to get a salad, you might end up eating a Double Cheese Burger, just because it looked so good on the menue. Try Subway instead!
2) Help your Mom around the house. I heard once that helping out around the house burns more calories then playing badmention. Make your bed! Sweep! Vacume! Dust! Do laundry! The list is almost ENDLESS!
3) Most overweight people eat as a way to avoid their problems. Find another outlet to stress, boredom, anger, or sadness. Instead of chowing down on fries, take a bath, read, play an insrement(spelling), or play sports. It doesn't really matter HOW you deal with stress, as long as it's in a positive way!
4) If you can, walk to school. Or even jog, or ride a bike.
5) Do everyday active activties(sp)! Swim, skate, rollerblade, skateboard, play hide and seek, play catch... whatever you like!
One last thing, it's important not to lose weight too quickly, or lose too much of it. IT CAN BE REALLY DANGEROUS! Stop when you think you're losing too much.
