hey everyone:) i'm going 2 have a pool party over the summer right after school ends and want 2 lose a lot of belly fat, arm fat, and thigh fat any thing that will him me loose weight sooner (before summer) would be great:)

this is exactly y i wanted 2 lose the weight and the same places. Well first of all try not 2 drink fizzy drinks and drink water instead. Exercise 4 an hour daily by doin sit ups,tummy crunches,dancing to ur fav music,walkin,jogging,skipping,swinnmig and running around in ur back yard. Also cut ur meal portions in half and top with vegetables. remeber drink lots of water good luck xxx
