I am 13 years old and i am going into the middle skewl. All of my friends are skinny. My best friend Niki is skin and bones.How do i lose weight at for school in september. If anybody has any ideas pleae notify me A.S.A.P. if any ideas please tell me. I weigh like 188lbs. But i am very active and i am in volleyball. PLEASE HELP IM DESPARTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thank you to all who will help me!!!!:]

If you say your every active, then your only problem should be cutting back on the sweet and salty foods.
Tell your Mom not to buy them. If this doesn't work the you will have to try not to eat them. Drink a glass of water before each meal, it helps fill you up. Every couple of days reward yourself with junk food so you won't feel too deprived.

i know how you feel most of my friends are skin and bone but dont use that as a reson to lose weight you have to want to do it for yourself eat health and workout you can do it Frenchblackrose@yahoo.com
