Ok, I am 190 and my stomach is REALLY fat...two rolls...thats the only problem I have...any ideas on how to get rid of my double roll??!!!

Right now, I do 35 sit-ups three times a day. You might not be able to do that many at first, so don't worry. I started out doing 10 sit-ups twice a day. I think I've come a long way!
