hey, i weigh about 125 and my goal weight is 108..does any1 have any excersices i can do to make me loose this amount of weight by the end of july ....if so plz plz let me kno i really want 2 look gr8t when skool starts back on aug 9th thanx

I think that weighing 125 lbs is not that bad! Don't worry about it! You probably look great!!!

What you should do is not eat fast foods anymore,walk 30 minutes a twice day,and eat a big healthy breakfast then when lunch and dinner arrives eat something small and healthy like and apple ,also just water with your meals everyday ps.dont sneak junk food or drinks during your diet hold your cravings in
