I way 207 lbs and I am a little over 5 feet. I want to lose weight, but I don't know how. I am trying everything. Is there anyway I could lose weight without being hungrey all of the time? Please Help!!
Reply from Kayla, Age 14 - 02/21/05 - IP#: 209.240.205.xxx hey Jen...excercise is hard I know that from experience...I am like 10 pounds over my average weight...and I still can't run very long without getting tired...and I can't do very many crunches without stopping...but if you run for like 1 mintue at a time and then the next day run one more...and same with crunches...do like 10 every night and then do 10 more the next night...and soon you will work up to more...and only eat 3 meals a day do not skip any meals you just gain more wait...and when you feel like eating a snack make it a healthy one...or if you don't want anything healthy go for a run...or do some crunches or leg lifts...I hope the best for you...

Reply from ashley, Age 12 - 07/15/04 - IP#: 198.81.26.xxx I am also overweight. If you want to lose weight without being hungry all the time, when you feel the urge to eat just do something to take your mind off of it. That would be a great time to exersise.
