Ok i put in an entry bout a month ago and no one helped me PLEASE HELP ME I'm going to middle school in a month and wanna lose at least 20 pounds i dont like carrots or celery or stuff like that I'm 12 yrs old and I weigh 160 pounds I started ta do sit ups today (i did 30)and im thinkin bout doing that everyday will that help???? and if n e one else has ideas for me PLEASE TELL ME my aol screen name is:babangl360 also i have msn and my e-mail is eminemrules2005@hotmail.com please help i'd truly love it

I wayed 170 pounds last year and now im only 114. The main reason i was a littley tubs was cause i was eating for the sake of it and not when i was hungry so only eat when u are reaally hungry not just cause something tastes good and if possible walk to and from school

I think that you should stop doing those and start running around the block for at least ten minutes or
do something else
