ahhhh b-day was friday. lotssss of junk food. i got a trampoline so maybe that will help me more and riding my bike and stuff i plan to get back to eating healthier and exersiseing more. i think im 160 - 165

Anyway, I got a trampoline for Chrismas and aside to being really fun, it also can really pay off in the end if you spend atleast 30 minutes on it. And that means jumping, not sitting on it and admiring the great outdoors. Also, after you get off, try to eat lightly and not eating half a bag of Doritos when you get inside while you watch Disney Channnel. If you want to spend more time onn the trampoline, go ahead! Just don't go in every 10 minutes to get some water or eat a snack. Also, before you go to bed or when you wake up or a commercial break or just randomly anytime, stick your feet under the couch and do a few crunches or situps. If your back or spine or shoulders or anything hurts, I recomend putting a pillow under your back or where it hurts elsewhere. Good luck with your diet! JULIA
