hi you replyed to my post(12 years old and i weigh 120)...i think what will work is if you dont eat any junk food. when you have a craving take an apple or a couple strawberries with a little whipped cream on top (there's like no fat and sugar in whipped cream plus it's good!!) or drink some water. sometimes when your hungry and you drink you feel full. if your drinking alot of sweetened drinks, trash em for water! also, if your eating cinnamon buns or doughnuts for breakfast, make room in your pantry for low-fat cerial (like chex or cheerios)! if you haven't already talked to your mom about it tell her that you feel like your overweight. maybe she can substatute friday-night pizza and order you a yummy ceaser salad!! also, if you or a close friend has a pool, do a couple laps. swimming burns calories and it will make you feel alot better. not only swimming, but if your mom or dad has a tred mill, jog as much as you can, take a 15 minute break and get on again!if you dont have a tred mill run around your block. i know it will hard (beleive me i no!!) but you have to tell yourself, if i dont eat this think about how much better i will feel plus how much better i will look when school comes around!). i hope this helped!!
