ok here is what i did and ate today. i wrode my bike down the big hill like ten times and played basketball for like 1 hour not at a time. i did 15 situps. i ate one apple my mom maid me eat mor so i also had half a cantolope a banana and that is what i had today i actuley did good because i am on a fruit and veggie diet. i lost 5 pounds in two days, i have 60 pounds more to go, anyone have any thing else i can do a day

Stop slow down you sould only do 30 min.s a day
