Reply from verity, Age 13 - 03/19/05 - IP#: 82.44.154.xxx my advice is 2 excersise 4 at least an hour a day. do 15 sit ups and tummy crunches in the mornaing b4 skool and the same amount b4 u go 2 bed. Also i skip 4 15 mins everyday and i dance 2 my favourite songs 2 haf an hour. It is a gr8 way 2 excersise. Also go 4 bike rides and jogs or walks. And drink lots of water i drink 5 bottles a day and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. In ur meals half the portion and top full with vegetables. good luck hunnixxx

Now, I think you should try to cut out some fatty foods from your diet, not necesarilly all of them. Drink lots of water, and try not to have soda. Try to downsize on portions mainly, and make sure to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday! Try to get yourself out of your house when your bored, and just walk around a bit. Maybe walk your dog twice a day (If you have one). Don't feel bad about yourself, because muscle weighs more than fat, so just because you weigh more then other people does not mean youre any less-unactractive.
