ok does anybody have any exersises that really work that i can do because i need to loose at least 34 pounds before i see my best friend that i havent seen in like 3 or more years

I no you probably hate running like i do, but it'll help. plus u probably can't lose that much in that much time, but if you build some muscle you'll look less flabby.

But maybe in like 3 or 4 you can if you work really hard and set your mind to it. One exercise I know of is pull ups. After a lot of them you will feel burning in your abs. That is a good sign. That means you're burning fat and tightening your abs. TRY IT!
