He everybody!!! I hope ur weightloss is going very well. All I know is that mine is going nowhere. I am still 210 lbs. I tried soooooo hard last week, but i can't lose the fat. Maybe thereis something wrong with me!! I don't know what to do. My mom is also fat but i am fatter. I weigh more than my dad!!!!!!! Now I think that is soooo low!!!! I should weigh less than my dad. OK first of all, you need to relax. Take a deep breath and cslm down. Okay, set yourself a goal and folllow it. Like i told some one else keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start.

i tried this when i was twelve and it really worked iknow alot opf people are going to tell you to drink more water but you really need to alot of the tiome when you feel hungry you are actualy thirsty when you get dehydrated your body gets confused so try this for like a a week or two and see if it works when ever you feel a little bit hungry drink a glass or bottle of water and wait lik 15 or 20 \minutes and see if you are still hungry then if you are have some food but you will be suprised how much you are actually thirsty and not hungry! ok well good luck
