I'm 13 abviously and 171 pounds, I've tried lots of things. Yoga, trainer, basket ball, hockey, swimming, jogging, everything. I've gone on diets and crap like that. But I've only lost 13 pounds in 2 years. I don't drink pop, I drink anywhere from 8- 14 glasses of water a day, 1 cup of coffee, and I do anywhere from 50 - 1800 situps a day. I try and eat only salad an dother veggies, plus fruit. Slowly I am becoming a vegetarian, eating beans for protein. And I was wondering, have anyone of you tried Dr. Phil's Son's Diet Plan For Teens? If so, is it any good? Or do you have any other ideas for diet plans and workouts?

I THINK YOU SHOULD STOP USING ANY OF THOSE PROGRAMS THEY SHOW ON TV OR THE WEB, THEY'RE OF NO USE.
