I weight about 174.I just joined curves and I have 7 months to go from sizes 13/14 to sizes 5/6 or 7/8.I also want to be able to wear a bikin by then.I'm looking for a weightloss buddy and are my goals to high?

The south beach diet...it works...i used to be 154 now im 122! it really works you really should try it...its hard..but if you stick to it..you will get results FAST
