ya'll.. im 13 years old and 140 pounds.. i wanna lose 25 pounds fast but i also want it to stay off.. any suggestions? thanks
Reply from chelsey l., Age 12 - 11/04/04 - IP#: 68.9.64.xxx well hi katie im chel l. you see i can help you on one partand thats to loose weight, but the other part like quote"i wantit to stay off"unquote thats where you come in to play.you see you loose at least ohh i dont know 20 to 200 calories a day because every couple of steps you take you kill 1 calorie!!!okay see i know everyone tells you this when you say "ohhhhhh i want to loose weight" they say and im going to say it to because its true "TRY" to drink atleast 7-8 glasses of water a day!!!why?? well because when you drink water it grabes some of your fat and then you pee it out. jog around the block a couple of times,or dance to a fav song while blow drying your hair do wht ever makes you comfortabel. p.s write back to me . luv, chel l.
