Eat 6 small meals a day including lots of fruit and vegetables, wholemeal(grain) bread/crackers, lean meats like chicken without skin, ham, tuna, up to 3 eggs per week), oats. Also start walking 20 minutes every day working up to 30 minutes to one hour every day. You can also do light weights every day, if you dont have any light weights use cans of soup or something like that. The first thing you will feel is lots of energy, and with that comes feeling happy and healthy. The second thing that happens is fat-loss! AND POSITIVE THINKING! For every negative thought replace it for a positive one! Good luck! You will do it!

Reply from chelsey l., Age 12 - 11/04/04 - IP#: 68.9.64.xxx no, dont listen to jjman he's wrong thats the hard way to loose 20 pounds quickly you see.every time you take a couple of steps you loose 1 calorie and you do have to walk to get places so you do loose calories every day!!! look work at your own pace, drink atleast 7-8 glasses of water a day.why? well because when you drink that much water you pee out alote of fat because water grabs on to some of your fat and you pee it out. one thing i do that helped me loose 3 pounds already is look at the loosing weights camersalls look at the poses they do or get some from a friend or even movies, then out the ones you realy like together then "bam"!!!!!!!!!1 you just put together your own work out you can do it every night or whenever time.and to make it fun you add dance moves to it or do it whith your friends whith your fav. song on and its that simple good luck from chel l.
