Reply from chelsey l., Age 12 - 11/04/04 - IP#: 68.9.64.xxx hey girl, its me chel l. look the most important thing is to never give up i know its hard i weigh 117 3 pounds already!! you see every night i lay sideways on my bed and i just slowly move my leg up and down then i switch then ifuld my knee in and move it back and forth back and forth. that helps get rid of some of the junk that you ate!! you see i made that knee and leg thing up from whatching work out camersalls and stuff. you should try it!!! also if you sit there starring at youreslf in the mirrorsaying "ugg its just to hard to exersize or ididnt get any exersize today" well your wrong you see every step counts like every couple of steps you take you loose 1 calorie.like just think going upstaires walking to go to the bathroom or just to turn you t.v on.okay luv. chel l.
