Hi I really need help. I weigh 326 pounds!but now i weigh 336!It was my birthday on friday and my moms trying to buy healthy things but my aunt always buy a thick-icing cake thats really big.I always try to tell myselp that I won't it the icing and only eat 1 piece but I always end upeating the hole thing and all of it!You could bearly see it was there!My moms been going to the gym and she lost 16 pounds and she use to wear pants that are size 16 but is know twelve!I did use to be 356 but my mom sent me to a camp and i lost 03 ppounds but gained 10.I gotsome really lose pants lat week that were so lose I couldn't fit in them without a belt but now it really tight!I always have to get new pants every week!I wish i could get new pants every week because they are all lose and because i need smaller clothes!I tried my moms 16 size clothes but when i put them on the button popped out!I wanted to try my moms size 12 to see what it fellsbut i had to get one leg in two both slots!And i ripped it!For P.E. I have to wear xxxxL clothes since its the largest and it it really tight!Last year we had to wear uniform and i couldn't find any my size !They wear so small that it ripped in half ,when my mom tried it the shirt was like a dress and the she wasn't able to get the skirt on because it so biggg!I'm 5ft2inch!I need help any tips?

I would love to support u and u support me! We could be there for eachother! I'm really looking for a support group! And as for the cake thing you need to tell your aunt how u feel,and you need to tell her that u feel really bad and you need help! Also that it i s not just an image thing but a health issue!Iknow how it is to be a girl with a weight problem! So hang in there and it doesn't matter what you look like because your weight doesn't determine you!!!!
Reply from Zahra, Age 11 - 11/25/04 - IP#: 216.110.117.xxx Hey, i know that being overweight is HARD!!!!!!!!!! especially When all your friends R tiny but DON'T skip Breakfast it does not do anything, exercise start out slow and alter your eating as in no more fast food try to have salad with every meal and don't starve yourself and then stuff yourself with junk food it sooooooooo does not work

My mom is a nurse and she said that it's best when you lower your fast food in take (no more McDonald's) also, my tip, is try to become a vegitarian for 2 weeks, or a few days at a time. Eat alot of fruit and veggies. Also try standing up more, while you watch TV you can walk or pace, I lost weight doing this!!! Good luck!! :) :)
