I am a 11 year old girl who weights 145 lb. My dad has really bad diabetes, high blood shugar, and has to give himself insuline shots every meal. My mom learned she has it too. I eat the same as them. I have gym every school day for 45 in. on the weekends i run on the tredmill at our house. I run around 3 1/2 mph for 30 min. I cant seenm to loose weight! I dont want to end up like my parents please help me and be my weight loss buddy! I really need u! my IM is "NellyandHershey". Please IM me!

obviously your exercising but you must be eating junk or candy here or there so if your really serious try and stop but of you arent eating junk food see your doctor.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I'm 11 and I weigh 155. My dad has diabetes and I have a chance of getting it when I grow up, too. You're not alone. Try exercising and eating a little less. After you've been eating less for awhile, You'll get used to it and it'll become natural for you to eat less than you used to. Good Luck! JULIA
