well lol i made up a different exersise thing.. everyday jump on the trampoline an hour, ride my bike 20 mins a day 15 sit ups 10 pushups walk/run 10 - 15 mins a day. and anything else i can think of or want to do.. anyways im going to stop eating breakfast at school really really bad food (junk food wise) and so nothing for breakfest and for lunch i will have a salad and some fruits or something healthy and what my parents cook for dinner or weekends. im 5ft 160 lbs right now i plan to get down to 135 then to 115 then 100 lbs im going to try very hard to get to my goal weight. anyways good luck people!!!!

Skipping breakfast isn't good, and if it makes you think you're going to lose any weight then that's wrong...not eating a meal won't help anything. Not EATING AT ALL will not help, because not eating will only make you have empty gas in your stomach so therefore...have breakfast, a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios or Cornflakes is what I have, believe me it's great for dieting...and excersize and walk...WALKING is the most important and avoid all white foods like bread, rice...but only WHITE EGG YOKE is good and brown rice and whole wheat(brown bread) is really good.Also water, water, water..you can't get enough of that lol..if you know all this then good! but just wanted to let you know.
