You are just feeling sorry for yourself, I know because I used to feel sorry for myself. I have lost 40 lbs, so I know that you can lose weight, you just aren't trying. Track your food for a week and see what you can cut down on. Join sports to keep you moving while having fun. Oh, and by the way, learn how to spell, use grammar, and keep off the caps and repetetiveness.

It really helps to write down what you eat because later when you look at it you realize you have eaten something you forgot about. Exercise can be anything, not just working out in a gym. Ride a bike, walk, jump rope, just stay outside instead of inside.

Since i was little i have been eating slow it helps then you don't eat as much. when i was like 6 i was as skinny as a bean pole and i don't know happend. My grandmother used call me here little barbie doll because she could dress me up. try eating slower it might just work.

Unless you have some sort of disease, that prevents you from losing weight (you might want to get some tests done if you haven't already), then that is the only way. Try looking more seriously at the way you live. You may not realize that your lifestyle is unhealthy.
