My Mom pratically burst into tears as she has brought me up to know what is good for me and what is not. All my trousers are to tight for me and my flabby tummy bulges over them, I just can't stop myself stuffing my face with chips, candy, cookies and other junk food. I have also developed a double chin and my stomach measure 52 inches. HELP ME, I AM VERY OBESE!!!!!!!!!!

I would make a plan of how you're going to achive that goal.2.Then think of the things that might get in your way to stop you doing that goal,3.then find ways to avoid those things from happening.4.start exercising! and instead of eating chips eat maybe some cucumber and a bit of cream cheese.Believe me tates just as good!Last thing ask your mum for dinner to have somthing like coldslaw and a healthy burger,and break your goal down in little bits each week so if you achieve that you could get a treat at the weekend for yourself. Also don't make excuses why you cant lose the weight.:)
