Ht. 5'5", Start: 163 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 130 lb - Yay! I haven't been on in forever, but I lost another 8 pounds! Thank you for all your advice. I only have 9 more pounds to go. If I can get there, I think I will set my new goal to 117. My unreachable goal is 110. Let's see if I can get there!
