Start: 213 lb, Today: 213 lb - Hi I'm Kyra. The reason I'm writing this in red is because I am MAD about my weight. I'm 11 and I'm a whopping 213 pounds. I don't know what to do. I'm uncomfortable talking to my mom about my weight, so I don't have anyone to talk to! One time a girl in my class tried to help me, but she is 11 and 56 pounds and she doesn't know anything about fitness and nutrition. I am the fattest in my class and my grade! I need help on my diet.
