5000 calorie diet is waaaaaaayyy too much- 1200 or less is the recomended calorie for loosing weight and to maintain a weight u have to eat 2000 calories, and water is good for you- keep drinking water instead of sodas or juice. Anyway u should try this- before u eat anything drink water- so u would be full before u eat ur food,second dont eat after 6 pm eat all u want before 6pm then after that stop eating just drink water then sleep.

Try a 1,500 calorie diet....multiply your weight by ten, adn that should be a guess! i'm 11 , 5"3 and i weigh 142 ..my goal is 120, try eating an egg, 1% milk, and i piece of whole wheat bread in the morning..... 1 PB&J sandwick (whole wheat)i cup of water, and chicken with broccoli for dinner(THIS IS MY DIET AND IT"S NOT SOO HARD!!!}

Five thosand calories? That's REALLY unhealthy... at most you should be eating 2500, so if you're eating 5000 a day, you're eating twice as much as the average person. So you'll gain weight, because it'll be almost impossible to burn that many calories a day, since one pound of fat equals 3500 calories, you'd have to burn 8500 calories JUST to lose one pound...
