What are you eating and how many calories and how much sugar... those are all things to look at. Also what kind of exercise are you doing. Because sit ups, and leg lift, and such won't cut it. You HAVE to do cardio, or you most likely won't lose weight. Cardio is anything that gets your heart pumping fast and makes you out of breath. And you can't stop just because you're tired. You have to keep doing it for about thirty minutes straight, no matter how tired you get...
