hey everyone. i am only 12 yrs. old and i weigh 210lbs. i am an active person because i play basketball at school and i play soccer. i also play around outside at my house. if anybody has any ideas on how to lose wieght and has any ideas about some exercises i can do to help me lose at least 90lbs. in 2 months. ppppplllllleeeeeeaaassssseeeee hhhhheeeeellllpppppp! hope to get a reply from you soon.

well you are setting waaayy unrealistic gaol! you should continue to be active. a lot of your weight is probably muscle. you probably have the same problem i have. you eat when youre not hungry! make sure you body is telling you its hungry, dont just eat because you like the food or are bored. cut down on the snacks and eat healthier average sized meals and smal snackws whne you have a craving but dont go crazy!

Well Sarah first of all I weigh 118 lbs. and I need help too but my mom gave me advice she said excersise more often don't worry I am active to but we can be buddies just write back to me at Monique 12 in the blubber buster pre-teen board somewhere and 2nd of all it less sweets and fats espically noodles.3rd be on a low colestrol.4th be more active and join the basketball team.5th HELP ME GET ADVICE TOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
