Ht. 5'9", Start: 187 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - hey guys! ive been doing well o with my workouts, ive done about 45 minutes to an hour everynight for like the past week and i can tell im getting better (: but can you please help me with my cravings? i give in like every time and it sucks!

just say
if i lose til i'm 180 i can eat a piece (of watever u want)
then say if i get to 170 i'll eat whatever i want
160 ill eat what i want
150 i'll eat what i want
