Ht. 5'3", Start: 196 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I have been over weight since I was 4 years old.I am the heaviest girl in my class.My thighs are huge and my butt sticks out.I wanna fit in with all the other girls in my class and like everyone else I know.I dance all the time but still no weight lost.Someone please help me =[

Hi! the best thing for you to do is cut portions. Also instead of having a friut-roll-up have some fat free prezels. Little things like that can help. Maby you need more than dance. Maby a few times a week you can dance around for 20-35 mins. Hope that will help! Bye

Try at least one hour daily take workout: walking or at least 3 miles jogging or 5 miles riding bike. No sweet and sodas are necessary. During 3 months is possible lose weight about 8 -10 kgs (25 pounds).
