Ht. 155 cm, Start: 50 kg, Today: 55.2 kg (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 40 kg - Hi just a question im gaining weight and I am trying with exercise and diet and nothings happening so I dont know what to do. I think thought the problem with me is how much bread I eat I luv it my dads not happy with that so I try potatoes and then dad and arent happy so Im finding it hard to find alternatives any tips? I like whole wheat pita bread, there's not much of a difference, and it's really good. Try eating some different kinds of bread.

You may want to try whole grain white bread instead of regular old white bread. It really tastes the same!
