Reply from jessica, Age 12 - 04/27/09 - IP#: 122.57.225.xxx hi I read somthing in a book that if you go from for example chips and icecream and soda to somthing like juice celery sticks and salad your body finds it hard to take to the big change even with exercise if you dont do alot and then you jump into action and do it all the time same result so if I were you I would take it a bit slower like one day instead of chips you could have celery same with exercise intil you are doing lots of exercise and good food.So go more gradually
