The most a person could lose in a day would be a pound or two, but in an hour it's pretty much impossible to lose anything. The scale in the wii fit is often inaccurate, and it's better to not trust it and use a REAL scale to determine how much you really weigh. And losing that much weight (saying you fluccuate 20 pounds "topsy turvy") is extremely bad for your health. A normal person may fluccuate up to two pounds over a few days due to water retention and such, but going from 170 to 190 means you're actually really losing weight and you're actually gaining it back, which is far more dangerous than actually being overweight. You should talk to a doctor about it, and really try to even out you're weight. going back and forth like that could make you really sick.
