Ht. 5'2", Start: 159 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 142 lb - Hey im halee and i know im over weight!!! i have a school dance coming in a couple weeks and i would rlly like to fit in my dress with out seeing my gut!!! ive been trying as hard as i can to loose all of it! If you guys could help me and give me more advice please do!!!!

Well, you could just start with walking around the block once a day and eating a bit less. When you can walk around the block well, try jogging around twice, or something like that. Don't think of it as exercise and a diet, think of it as, let's say, a walk around with friends and a new favorite food!
