Ht. 5'3", Start: 140 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - hi i am ashley. i live in beverly hills and people are skinny and soooo rude! i know i am really big but i don't know what to do about it. i don't eat really bad stuff, but oh well....i need some tips on what food i can eat. but i can't go around the block for a jog because people always see you. they are shopping or getting their hair done.....so please help me

I feel your pain Ashley. I live in a place where everyone is so skinny and so rude about anyone's weight. I'm 5'2 and 141 pounds people are always making mean jokes about my weight. It gets me so fustrated. I know I'm overweight I don't need people telling me over and over again. Plus if I try to workout by jogging people will automaticaly start making fun of how I'm trying so hard to lose weight and how I can't get any pounds off.

Well, you can do exactly what lily said, but try to start off with let's say, 10 of each. Then, work your way up to doing the amount lily said. Good luck!

You cant hide from everyone forever. Well you should do 35 push ups 15 sit ups and 40 crunches that's what you do for a smaller stomach.For thighs do 30 bicycles BEFORE every meal it really helps that's all i know
