Ht. 5'2", Start: 163 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - I really need a diet and exercises someone please help i don't want to stay fat.

hey bri,
so first off, eat healthy
2nd. nothing after 9, sleep creats the most fat.
3rd. dont snack, if u do somthing healthy.
4th. eat salads, they r very good.

I agree with what Ella had to say, but I know that even changing junk foods into healthy foods is not going to help very much because it takes a long time for changing the way you eat to take process in the weight loss. Also, you'll probably not stick to it very long. You should try 15 sit-ups, 10 push-ups and put some of your favorite songs and start dancing to them. Also, limit what you eat don't take large servings. Then, once you are really good at this then take drastics steps like changing junk foods into healthy foods. Always keep in your mind that you want to lose weight and fit into smaller clothings. So that people don't make fun of you like the Bri did.

Don't be mean, bri! Almost everyone on here is! Anyway, all you have to do is replace the junk food with healthy stuff! Like, instead of a cookie, have a carrot! As for exercise, start by walking around the block with friends or something like that. Then, slowly increase the time you exercise. Good luck
