Reply from hii, Age 13 - 05/01/09 - IP#: 128.107.239.xxx you have to be confident in the body u r in now or it will be no use! have a postitive attitude and you'll get closer and closer! maybe just try walking for a week 40 minutes and see the weightloss. its really easy for fatter ppl like me to lose weight the first couple weeks. but you have to cut down on ur food if u wana lose weiht too. next tim u look at a bag of chips or cookies or junk, just say do i want this or do i want that. (being 125 lbs) then instead pick up a fruit or milk (ideally 1 or 2%) or walk away and exercise extra. not only are you burning calories but you're also not getting the bad calories from the junk! ask ur mom or dad to get celery! eating celery is like negative calories because you burn more calories chewing that eating celery! put some low fat ranch (just a little youdon't wanna over do it) and eat it. please walk ad cut down! this is for you! and when u get at ur goal you'll be so much happier knowing that you exercised and all rather than giving in to the junk food and still being at ur weight now. if i sounded mean i'm sorry! but i know you can do it! xoxo

Reply from hii, Age 13 - 04/29/09 - IP#: 67.188.198.xxx well slowly you can cut down because it is hard to cut down at first. maybe next time u can have 4-6 slices of pizza OR LESS and maybe 1 scoop of ice cream and 3 cookies? idk but cutting down is also a great way to lose weight. did you exercise in these couple days yet?

Reply from hii, Age 13 - 04/26/09 - IP#: 67.188.198.xxx don't care about what they say! show them you can do it and hopefully by next yr or two you'll be at 125 healthily. anyways try this. it helps me! it 5 days i already lost 1 pound! everyday you'll be exercising for atleast 30 min so mon, wed, fri, sun run 2 miles tues, thurs, sat bike for 20-40 min. it helps really! at the beginning of this week i was 166 or 165 and now i'm 164! so plz trust me good luck xoxo
