Ht. 4'8", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 165 lb - I am obese.all i've been doing is cuting back.I want to be 145,but i thought that was too big right now so i'm just going to keep trying. a girl at school calls me name!any help with that?

hmmm here try this:
thurs 5/14 run one mile (doesn't matter how long), 30 situps, 25 squats
fri 5/15 walk two miles, 30 situps, 25 squats,
and keep ulternating after that so saturday will be thurs workout and sunday will be friday's workout.
