Ht. 5'8", Start: 11 st 9, Today: 11 st 3 (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 9 st 1 - i have now recovered and are back doing my exirsize. but since i have been on crutches i have put on 2 pound. i NEED help please can you please leave a message on myne and i will be sssooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy. i ave also been insalted abiut my weight. i love ti sing but my weight is leaving my beath aside. i am also verry good so one i lse my weight i will be able to be like an normal person thank you alot  (Note: 11 st 3 is 157 lb.)
