Ht. 4'10", Start: 149 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - Hi people!!!! I am laughed at by my body. When people hear my weight they laugh. I weigh 149 pounds, and I am 4 feet 10 intches. I want to have my normal body before the summer ends because its the first year of middle school for me! I Don't want to go on a diet, and I want to eat what I want to! I know what everyone is going to say...just eat porshions! I KNOW THAT! But the problem is, porshions isn't anough to fill me up! I have an hourglass figure, but it doesn't show at all! HELP ME!

well maybe your clothes are too baggy! and the portion problem is an easy fix! all you have to do is eat a good breakfast if you dont do that allready! not eating breakfast might cause you to eat more during the day. another fix for this is to eat 6 smaller meals through the day instead of 3 big meals.Good luck!!
