Reply from helen, Age 15 - 03/13/05 - IP#: 68.154.32.xxx it depends what kind of person you are do you get discouaraged easily? if so find something you really enjoy doing and dont think of it as excesize just think of it as a game do you like playing tag i love it! also you can jog walk swim ride bikes lift weights dance play soccer play baseball football tennis ANY THING that gets you moving also do crunches every night you will see results on your stomach after a while.. just always stick to healthy ways not necesarily fast ways.. good luck and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!
