Ht. 4'9", Start: 123 lb, Today: 123 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 90 lb - Hi. As u know im 123 lbs. And i am stocky and prettty muscular. I really want. To lose 20 lbs all of my friends are unbelieveably skinny one weighs 56 lbs i feel like a loser none of the boys like me all my friends say i look good but i know they are saying that to be good friends any tips to be skinny in 2 months???we might have to be weighed in middle school and i dont wanna be a fat loser.

If your friend is really short, then that may be a healthy weight for HER, if she's about your height or taller, it's not. And it shouldn't be about being SKINNY it should be about being healthy. You seem to want this for all the wrong reasons. It shouldn't be because you wanna be stick-thin like your friend, or you want boys to like you (at eleven it shouldn't matter that much anyway, you have PLENTY of time to date, don't grow up too fast, because you can't go back). Make this about you, and being healthy. Also, being heavy doesn't make a person a loser. If people are going to pick on you, they most likely will whether you're heavy or not, they will find a flaw and they will pick at that. You just have to learn to toughen up, it's hard, but it's survivable.

i know how you feel
before i went to middle school i totallly freaked out about the whole weigh in thing. but it's not that bad and nobody will see.
and since you're more muscular maybe thats why you weigh more becuz muscle weighs more than fat.
anyways in 2 months if you really try at the most to be healthy you can lose 16 pounds.
just run or some kind of exercise, but the hardest thing for me is cutting down on the food.
my doctor told me i exercise a lot but i'm not losing ne weight becuz i eat so much...

dont eat junk food xercise and drink only water
also ur 56 lb friend is wayyyyy to skinny. u dont want to be a stick. u want to be nice and thin but a little muscaler.wear clothes that help hide your curves. wait no what i am about to say is important IF U GOT CURVES,,FLAUNT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah that might sound weird but just stay motivated-no junk food-xercise-drink only water and u will soon lose weight!!!!
