Last time I posted something I didn't get that much help...I already no I have to watch what I eat and not eat ice cream. Its hard to stay focoused. I only live with my mom, and she dosen't seem to under stand the meaning of healthy food. And my friends are all like super skiny...It kind makes me feel upset. How can I stay focoused? My friends and I leave my house at 7:30 and walk untill 10:00 every night...shouldn't that do SOMETHING FOR ME!?!?!?!?! I am going to start this new thing...I eat breakfast and eat nothing untill lunch...and after dinner walk untill 10:00. Would that work...Or no???

maby if u walk not to long but walk for a hour or so so then u dont get to hot a botherd cause then u will drink lots of stuff and it wont help will it xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx me

ya, the walking should slim down ur legs!!! make sure u walk at a brisk pace to burn calories!!

of course it will but make sure u skip no meals and eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. 2 stay focused be sure that when ur about 2 pig out say 2 ur self "do i want this food more than i want 2 be healthy?" this will help u like it helped me so keep it up and remember.......U CAN DO IT!
