Ht. 5'0", Start: 142 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - i am having a hard time sticking to my diet.I am staying with my grandparents and they aren't that helpful.They serve helthy food but i dont get alot of exercise at the house .Today my grandme took us out to the mall and i walked there ,we went into town and played at the arcade for about an hour .That's basically all the exercise that i got today.i cant play in her back yard because it's filled with flowers and vegetables she grows.When i get back to were i live im going to walk on my treadmill for 30minutes or more a day.Im going to swimin the pool in my backyard every day and take my dog for a walk on our property.We live on a 10 acre farm and have woods on three sides of us.Basically i need a weight loss buddy to help me lose the weight and keep me motivated .If anyone would like to be my weight loss buddy please e-mail me at ivyisaprincess@hotmail.com(i know that it is babyish ive had it for about 7 years).I really need someone to motivate me and help me get the weight off .

Hi, my house is the same way exsept I dont eat healthy foods i just eat half wat i norm would but any way You could try going to the living room or someplace clear of stuff like were u sleep or sumthing and lay down on the floor like ur going to do a crunch then put ur hand behind ur head like a crunch but try to touch ur eldow on the oposite side of ur body to ur knee using ur abs to do so

when you're in ur grandparents house go up and down the stairs 15 to 20 times. go up really fast and go down and medium pace.
and walk around the house.
